What financing options are available to international buyers investing in Florida & around the US? Some international buyers choose to get financing from their home country. I often see buyers taking out a line of credit on another property in their home country. There are banks in the US that give loans to international buyers. I would like to start a list that I can provide to prospective international buyers. To start, I know that UBS and Royal Bank of Canada give loans to international buyers in the US. Other options?
