What to do about lost or found pets after the 4th of July fireworks excitement in Sacramento County.Every year, even though everyone is warned about watching over cats and dogs to make sure they don't run away out of panic from all the noise of area fireworks, our pets manage to escape anyway. I know that long before nightfall our cats are kept in the house and forbidden to go outside.
