Stoneridge Pointe is one of the best affordable condo communitieson Madison's far East side(in my opinion) Stoneridge Pointe is a fantastic condominium community that really sets itself apart from the rest. With around 136 units, the owners consist of many demographics. Stoneridge Pointe has many wonderful things about it. It's safe, scenic, well kept, and has higher end amenities with a well-kept community center that includes a community room, coffee, fitness, tanning, outdoor pool, hot tub, movie room, and full locker room.
