leaves changing: Fall Leaf Color Starting to Pop in Maggie Valley, Waynesville and Haywood County, NC. - 10/24/09 11:34 PM
This photograph was taken late Friday afternoon (October 23), in the rain, in Maggie Valley. The leaves have been gold for several weeks, but the orange and red colors are popping out everywhere. Prime time for leaf lookers in Maggie Valley and Waynesville.
The temperature this morning on my deck is a crisp 32 degrees (at 7:30 a.m.), and this might be the coldest morning for the next few days.
