Chatham County came out with 14 winners sweeping catagories 4 through 8! Prices ranged from $266,000 - $455,000. All the homes are new construction and were divided into price categories and judged by two sets of two judges. I watched them go into Coley Court. The first set of judges stayed about 15 minutes and the second set about 20 minutes. They arrived about an hour apart. The house is kept open for the judges but the list agent and builder were not allowed to speak with or even acknowledge the judges or driver. I guess they didn't want any influences. 67 Coley Court was awarded two special features. One is for the gorgeous two-story stacked stone fireplace.
