expired: Expired Listings

I was brainstorming with my broker about ways to capture expired listings. Here is an idea: Print out the expired MLS sheet and take a look to see what is missing. For example, are the room sizes missing? Is there a virtual tour? Are features missing (pantry, ceiling fans, etc.)? Is there a chance the house did not sell due to the former agent's lack of information on the MLS? The Seller will think so. After you do this, put together a flyer of all of the reasons that their house might not have sold and offer to make sure you do all of these things. The flyer can be the same … (3 comments)
