final appraisal: Texas Winter Storm and How It Affects Your Home Closings - 02/22/21 12:12 PM
 
If you have a closing this week and appraisal has been completed prior to 2/11/2021 chances are that your closing will be affected.  Because of the recent winter storm and FEMA Area Declaration, which was released this weekend, your lender will now be required to do a final appraiser inspection with pictures and certifications before closing.
