Frisco housing market for second quarter 2017 continuously shows a very strong seller's market. On average homes are sold 2.5% more than list price and days on the market is less than 3 months regardless of the price of the home. Median sales price increased to $400,565 compared to $393,500 last year. Most homes in Frisco are in the $500,000 range. Inventory is about 2 months and at its all time low for home $500,000 and under.
