Frisco is one of the cities in Dallas Metro that offers many exemplary schools, and has been experiencing a tremendous growth. Data as of January 2018 shows that most homes sold were priced at $201k and above, compared to January 2017 where most homes sold were priced at $151k and above. Number of sales jumped from 156 in January 2017 to 189 in January 2018. Median price also increased from $368,500 in January 2017 to $378,100 in January 2018. 54% of homes that were sold in January 2018 were between $301k - $500k.

Frisco is one of the cities in Dallas Metro that offers many exemplary schools and has been experiencing a tremendous growth.  There is no home under $150k, and most homes are in the price range between $301k - $500k. Average days on the market for homes $300k and under is a little more than a month, two months for homes $301k - $500k, and three months for homes $501k - $750k.

Frisco housing market for second quarter 2017 continuously shows a very strong seller's market.  On average homes are sold 2.5% more than list price and days on the market is less than 3 months regardless of the price of the home.  Median sales price increased to $400,565 compared to $393,500 last year.  Most homes in Frisco are in the $500,000 range. Inventory is about 2 months and at its all time low for home $500,000 and under.
