lender: Is it more expensive to rent or buy a home? - 08/25/17 09:49 AM
One of the most common misconceptions and generalizations when talking to a first time home buyer is that buying or purchasing a home is more expensive than renting. Well the answer is NO, not necessarily. lender: IRS e-services will be down August 17 - August 21 - 08/13/17 05:20 PM
The IRS sent an announcement last week that due to a technology upgrade, numerous e-services will be down and will not be available between 8/17-8/21.  That means documents needed (i.e., Tax Return Transcripts needed by lenders; W2s Transcripts needed; Proof of IRS Payments made, etc) will not be available.   It is important to note that this may cause a back log which means that some closings may be delayed.  If you are a home buyer, please be proactive and be in communication with your lender.
