So with a solid 15 months of a fairly stable market, we are finally feeling as though we're turning a corner. It is neither a buyers' nor a sellers' market; though obviously there are pockets of both resistance and of higher growth. The average number of closed sales for the past 15 months is up 6.8% and the MEDIAN closed sale prices are up 6.5%.
