How do you buy a home in Beaufort County, SC I felt compelled to write this since I just wrote a contract with a buyer from Georgia. Everything was going smoothly until the inspection report came back and there was a question about interpretation for repairs. Since it related to a specific paragraph in the contract that question became a contract question. I suggested that the buyer contact their closing attorney here.
