Come Join The Fun at Nativity Catholic Church and School for their 38th Annual Novemberfest!  If you've lived anywhere near Brandon, Florida, you already know about the Novemberfest. 
This exciting event starts Wednesday, November 14th and lasts through November 18th, 2007.  This event is the 3rd largest event for all of Hillsborough County behind the Strawberry Festival (Plant City, FL) and the FL State Fair (at the Fairgrounds in Tampa).   This event offers 5 full days of carnival rides - terrific entertainment and the ever popular festival of food under the "Big Top Tent!"

holiday events: What Are You Passing Out for Halloween? - 10/29/07 07:56 AM
Sooooo...it's 2 days away from Halloween.  You've got to be stocked up with TREATS for the kids by now. 
I'll be setting up 2 tables on the driveway and waiting for the neighbors to join us for "pizza on the driveway." We have pizza every year while the kids impatiently wait for it to get dark enough to disappear and collect a bag full of loot!   
We'll have at least 100 Trick-or-Treaters coming through.  We have given up passing out candy because..."Everyone does that!"  We now pass out ice cold Capri-Sun so the kids and parents walking enjoy something cold and refreshing … (19 comments)

What's Happening for Halloween around Brandon? Got plans yet for the weekend?  There's so much to do with the kids right here in town.  There's even events for your pets! 
Brandon High School Future Farmers of America alumni will be hosting a fun fest on Saturday starting at 4p.m.  This will include a haunted house, car show, carnival games, and more. Center Place & Fine Arts will be hosting a Halloween Parade on Sunday@3pm.  Children in costume (up to age 10) welcome.  Ronald McDonald will be there!  (located at 619 Vonderburg Drive) Dapper Doggie is hosting it's 2nd "Howl-O-Ween" Fundraiser Saturday, from 5:30-8pm.  … (9 comments)
