Hud Homes are sold by the government (through their contractors) as the means to sell FHA Loan Foreclosures. I have sold Hud Homes and you never know what to expect untill you walk through the door. Some are in pretty decent, some are dumps. It all depends on the numbers and what kind of work it takes to meet your standards.
