Sometimes it’s a gut feeling from simply seeing a photo sent over by Iphone.
Yet, when a buyer knows it’s the home for them, they start getting that fall in love, heart pounding, stomach a flurrie buzzy feeling, and of how this is the perfect home for them and even, momentarily, believing in that old cliché of American dream.
