On the Harris County Appraisal District website, there is a lot of information about housing trends. Ever wondered what to do with your old PC that needs to be tossed out? I have wondered about this disposal issue & since I didn't have an answer, I have a couple in my closet just taking up space. I ran across an article recently in the Houston Chronicle by Monica Russo of the Better Business Bureau. And here is the gist of the article, as well as the answer to our question. This is a Houston restaurant review. I'd heard a lot about this establishment, The Breakfast Klub, and had even attempted to go for breakfast one day. These statistics are a reflection of what home sales have done in Walden on Lake Houston over the last three years. Interestingly enough, there were more foreclosures in 2008 than 2010. And although the sales price per sqaure foot has gone down, it is a small amount in comparison to housing in the rest of the country. The good news is that houses are still sellling. It may take longer but there are still buyers out there. Relocation business has picked up recently. That would be a great trend for 2011.
