This is a challenging time to be a Realtor. Home sales are fluctuating. Listings are plentiful, while buyers are elusive. And there doesn't really appear to be a solution around the corner. But if I go along with the "that which you survive makes you tougher" philosophy - I know I'll make it through this period in time & I'll even be a better Realtor for it.
