Sarasota real estate is selling but I felt sorry for the young couple who came from NJ to buy their second home which would eventually become their primary residence. They had dreamed of someday moving to Sarasota, Florida and making it their home. They had a jar of white powdery sand a friend brought them from Siesta Key Beach sitting on their table for a while. They had heard wonderful stories about the area and the lifestyle in Sarasota. So, they contacted me and sent me a long list of properties they had found on a popular consumer website.
