Thanksgiving weekend is the kick-off for many holiday events in San Diego; I've put together a few of my favorites.
For those of you that feel the need to get your exercise in before you sit down to that Thanksgiving feast, there are several charity runs that you can take part in on Thanksgiving morning.
Father Joe's Thanksgiving Day 5K Run/Walk - benefitting St. Vincent de Paul Village, San Diego's largest charity for the homeless. This event takes place in Balboa Park, starting time is 8am. Families, pets, and costumes are encouraged!
North County Homes Suzi's Blog is about the homes, events, community, parks, and schools of San Marcos, Escondido, Carlsbad, Vista, Oceanside, Poway, Rancho Bernardo and Valley Center.
