What is a view worth? This is a question I posed to an appraiser yesterday. It is an argument I am going to have to make. Is a view worth $5,000, $10,000 . . . Does it depend entirely on the individual affected? I know back when I was doing BPOs, there was a blank I had to fill in for the view, but how does one put a price tag on one view over another?
Hotels do it – you pay more for a room with a better view. We advertise it – “Golf course view,” (2 comments)
