pierce county washington: Do NOT Sign Papers Without a Final Walk-Through - 02/05/14 03:36 PM

When you've bought a new home - whether in a short sale or a traditional sale - it's so important to have a final walk-through before you sign the papers. Beth Atalay, a Real Estate Broker Owner in Florida, has an excellent article on this topic that I wanted to share with you. And it's just as important in Pierce County, Washington as it is in Clermont Florida. Enjoy!

pierce county washington: Handy Health and Aging Option Resource for Pierce and King County - 01/30/14 02:12 PM
Aging is an important part of life. It's also pretty common to most of us. Since there are currently many baby boomers and senior citizens living, you would think each community would have a useful publication or two to help boomers and seniors know about the area's options, benefits, and care facilities available to them. pierce county washington: Good News Abounds in Pierce County Washington Including JBLM, A Zoo, + - 01/28/14 01:34 PM

I snapped this photo as I took a walk with my senior mom earlier this week and thought it would make … (1 comments)

pierce county washington: Keller Williams Real Estate Apps Are A Handy Help for Our Clients - 01/07/14 02:28 PM
Some of the many reasons I decided to work with Keller Williams Realty in Tacoma Washington were because I loved their values statement - "God, Family, then Business," because I valued their emphasis on training, and because I really appreciated that their love for technology matched mine.
