I'd love to get your opinion on a couple of new-construction spec home choices.  What are the new-home construction trends in your area?
If you were building a zero-lot line single family residence for mainstream buyers in the $600-800 range, which items would you pass on that were once popular in the same community early 2000's?
I'm absolutely certain we no longer need built in entertainment centers.
What about a technology hotspot for your multiple devices -- yea or nay?
