I went on the Tucson Area Realtor Tour a few weeks back, and one of the agents presenting a listing had a very cute monologue, and one so many of us can identify with. She said something along the lines of, "Do you know when you have one of those clients wanting to list their home and ask what needs to be done, and you say...well it could use fresh paint...and they paint it?
