I have clients currently looking for a ranch of several acres with actual horse facilities right now and it's been challenging here in Tucson and Marana, AZ. Inventory is not what is once was, and homes are selling quickly. We're finding multiple, full priced offers on most listings priced right, in good condition. Tucson has property characteristics in our search criteria that "allow horses" with zoning or a zoning variance, or those with "horse facilities" that may include corrals, a shade, mare hotel, barn, arena, round pens and the like. Little details can make a big difference in how the public perceives your home. When putting your home up for sale, there's a fine balance between appealing to the mass buyer and helping your home to stand out. This is one of several "same-color" stamps that embellished the cement floors of a recent open house I held open here in NW Tucson. This helps solidify the "ranch" theme of this Santa Fe Home. The chillies are repeated in the wood beam entryways into the great room. Although a cozy powder room, this sink and tile detailing help to make it singular.
