I did a quick search this morning, May 24, 2020 of available horse properties and ranches within Tucson "proper". That is to say, I didn't go beyond the Tucson Mountains out into rural Marana to the West, stayed north of Corono de Tucson and Sahuarita to the south, or didn't go beyond Saddlebrooke to the North. For this search, I stayed fairly close to town limits, as most of the folks who've contacted me for a horse property wanted to be within 20 minutes of "amenities".
