It's important when viewing, to avoid skewing!  What do I mean by that?  Well, a true picture of the real estate market statistics tends to be in continuing trends, not so much month to month.  For instance, total sales volume in our Tucson AZ area decreased almost 21% from December to January -- but is still up over 33% from a year ago.

The year 2015 in review.  Thinking of buying or selling a home in Tucson, AZ and wondering about the market?  You wouldn't be the first to ask!  My phone has been busy ringing through all of December and folks are hoping we have a crystal ball.  :)  
Here's a little insight statistically on what's going on with Real Estate in the greater areas of Tucson, AZ according to our Tucson Multiple Listing Service.

I've written before about the stability of the Tucson Real Estate market for 2014, and as we move forward in 2015, outlook remains the same -- stable, or slight improvement.  Improvement is a word one can interpret, however, and there are perspectives from both the buyers' and sellers' viewpoint!

Last April, I shared a post about the current conditions in San Lucas Community, a nice little "neighborhood" along Interstate 10 on your way north from downtown Tucson.  Most of the homes were built in 2007 or later, so it's a great "newer" community to investigate.
