Gladden Farms Marana Homes for Sale Hits Holiday Slump Good news for homebuyers, not-so-heartening for those homes listed already in the Gladden Farms, Rancho Marana neighborhoods of Marana, AZ. Sellers often get frustrated when comps and history seems to be optimistic and moving forward, and then the market hits a stall.
