realtor: There's a Lot of REALTORS out There!

I read an interesting article in REALTOR MAG this morning. It wasn’t quite what I was thinking when I read the title, “Answer the Call” At first thought, I imagined it was another reminder to answer our phones, because lack of communication/availability can be a big turn off for our clients. But, no….this article was about engagement. I found it amazing that according to their statistics, one in every 220 adults is a REALTOR. WOW! My clients ended up being the best offer. Yesterday was the surprise. An email came through asking "If this doesn't appraise at [your] offer price will (6 comments)

Can I Get Your Lock-Box Code? I was reading and commenting on blogs this morning when I ran across Hercel Spear's thought-provoking post about how you should run a small business. He mentioned lock boxes and keysafes and availability and it led me to leave a comment. The more I thought about it, the more I felt compelled to BLOG about it. Here's what happened:
I was meeting some investor-clients of mine from out-of-state at a new listing in town. When I arrived, there was another couple there who were also hoping to get into a bit of investing. (11 comments)
