I was reading an online article today about three ways to jumpstart my spring cleaning, and I decided to amend it a bit. Number One was to change our central heating filters. I don't know about you, but every professional I have spoken to always says "Buy the cheap ones, because the air flow is good, and change them every time you pay your utility bill". So if you haven't changed your filters since the weather turned cold...perhaps you might want to make a new, new years resolution! Change often!!! spring cleaning: Out With the Old, In With the New

I have been heartlessly cleaning this past month. Heartlessly, according to Merriam-Webster online, says the Simple Definition of heartless is: very cruel. Taking it a step further, the full definition of heartless says, "spiritless" or "lacking feeling. Now I looked up "spiritless" as well, and MW says "lacking cheerfulness". And that brings me full-circle to my gleaning. Unfortunately, my father-in-law, to which I was very close, unexpectedly passed away in May, and my husband and I have been going through his belongings and closing down the household.
