I know, you're thinking...the title sure sounds cheesy.
But, here's the reality.
The previous owners LOVED this home.  I know, I sold it to them.
We walked in, and this sigh of bliss was heard behind me....it was love at first sight.
The owners had been elderly, and unfortunately, they are now passed.  More than anything, with the responsibility of re-listing and selling their home, I wanted to help create a newer, updated version for the NEW owners to love.
We've done some upgrades.
Floors, cabinets, hardware, fireplace, landscaping, interior and exterior paint, bathrooms refresh, checked the major components....a little splash, a little sparkle...
