What is the Average Price for Home Staging by Robert Vegas Bob Swetz Vegas Bob is curious about some of the pricing on Staging a Home because Vegas Bob has never Staged a Home on any of his listings. Vegas Bob has sold many New Homes and shown many clients Models at the developments that are staged. One of my relatives purchased a Toyota from (Desert Toyota) in Las Vegas Nevada. Vegas Bob has never liked Desert Toyota, their (Customer Service) "Suck's" ... their employees are rude & well TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES connected to Desert Toyota ... They "Suck" also. What is up with these GAS prices? Around Summer of 2011 we had $5.00 dollar per gallon and California prices right now are around $4.50 per gallon, Vegas is rounding $4.00 per gallon and it's still March of 2012.
All I can say is (President Obama) if you think that your going to get re-elected with GAS prices like this "let alone the other problems in this country" ...

I have been advising some clients to wait till (Fall) to purchase!
I have some clients that are looking for homes in certain areas, and certain types of homes. There is not a large selection to pick from in Las Vegas because a large portion of the inventory was bought up this spring.
Also I have had clients ask me if they should buy now and I am advising some of them to wait till fall because there will be another huge group of homes/ REOs coming from the banks.

People continue to let their homes go into foreclosure!
More and more people are losing their jobs and homes continue to go into foreclosure. Sure sales have been swinging up, but so have the foreclosures and short sales.
This economy continues to go into a tail spin and it is going to be very difficult to change. It will take many, many years to bring back what we once had.
It doesn't really matter who's fault it is because it will not change the situation.

I came across a article many years ago and one of the chapters I read was about people and the (Walls) they throw up. These people were either protecting themselves from being hurt by others or just plain angry.
When you meet people that are rude to you and express anger, try not to express anger back. After they have dumped their anger on you step back and think how you can I be kind or ask them questions that will maybe help pull a different feeling from them.

What is a better investment a (Home or Vacant Land)?
The question that I am asking does not include Commercial Property, only residential homes and vacant land.
I have been purchasing investment properties for around twenty years now. After this crunch and down swing in Real Estate my vacant land properties have held their value and have been by far better investments.
What's your opinion?

From some of the posted blogs that I have been reading the last couple days, there seems to be sadness and despair. Even this morning I posted a sad blog about the it raining in Las Vegas, it never rains in Vegas!

Home buyers using networks to purchase without agents!
There are several networks on the Internet that home buyers are using to purchase homes without Real Estate Agents. They are able to shop around and look at homes very simular to MLS, like the Home buyers report (URL)on my blog page.
These networks have all the contracts, disclosers, and everything you need to purchase a home.
What is your opinion on the type of networks?
Do you think it is wise for buyers to purchase homes like this?

How do you deal with buyers that use you for information & that want listings emailed to them?
In my years of selling Real Estate, especially in Las Vegas, Nevada customers come in off the street searching for information.
They want me to pull up listings, maybe show them homes they saw on the Internet, etc. I have never had a problem sharing my knowledge of Real Estate with them, and I always ask them "are you working with another agent" and most the time they say "no!"
Come to find out later that they are working with one or more agents.

I have read several posted blogs on attaching photographs to blogs and other members mentioned to make the photographs smaller. That I would get more comments if I did this.
Most of my photographs are very detailed and I am afraid that if I made them smaller, the members viewing might be missing something.
When you look at these two photographs, can you please tell me with your honest opinion, which photograph looks better to you?
