banks: Google is going to public shame you ! - 08/04/18 09:50 AM

This has to be one of the best posts I have read in a very long time!
With all the raping of our privacy by FaceBook, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Bing, LinkIn, Twitter all search platforms on (smart phones) computers, cars and so much more.
It's a wonder that we humans just bow down to tech companies and the government like we do ... just ready for the slaughter.
I have to congratulate Marti on this post about Google and Barbara Todaro for tipping me off. I am getting all these warning signs from Google searches and or car rentals, bank websites and more networks on purchasing … (13 comments)

banks: Robert Vegas Bob Swetz "Warns" Home Buyers in Las Vegas Nevada - 10/20/14 02:30 AM
Robert Vegas Bob Swetz "Warns" Home Buyers in Las Vegas Nevada 10-20-2014   Robert Vegas Bob Swetz "Warns" Home Buyers in Las Vegas Nevada 10-20-2014   Approx. 7-8 years ago Las Vegas Nevada was hit with a terrible Real Estate Market Crash. Even though the Real Estate Market has sprang back sightly, this still doesn't mean it's over.   There are several reasons why Vegas Bob is warning Home Buyers not to purchase in Las Vegas Nevada. One of the main reasons is because thousands of homes are still owned buy banks, still waiting to be released within the RE Market … (2 comments)

banks: Vegas Bob is waiting for the banks to drop more homes into the market - 02/16/14 07:54 AM
The inventory of homes on the market in Las Vegas & Henderson Nevada is very low at this time. I have clients that are looking for homes to purchase but the homes they have been viewing are not what their looking for.
There are many builders that are building new homes all over the Las Vegas Valley but they have tacked 30-40% over what these homes were selling for only 6 months ago.
VB just doesn't know how these banks can afford to hold onto these homes for so long? The shadow inventory is around 30 thousand, give or take and … (9 comments)

banks: Homes prices are inflated 10-20% in Las Vegas - "How about your City"? - 02/07/14 12:02 AM

"How about your City"? Are home prices inflated 10 20%?
The banks in Las Vegas & Henderson Nevada are sitting on a HUGE inventory of homes, approx between 20 - 30 thousand, give or take. The banks are so greedy that they will slowly trickle these bank owned homes into the market so they can get the best prices possible. In Spring of 2014 as the banks drop their homes into the market, they will have very (low) price tags on them. Then investors along with home buyers will swoop into Las Vegas & Henderson to start the bidding wars … (6 comments)

banks: Help STOP Foreign Investors from purchasing Real Estate in America :o( - 04/20/13 03:40 AM

Foreign Investors continue to purchase Real Estate in cities across the United States of America. In fact huge corporate banks are working on special package deals for Foreign investors ... "Will it ever End"?
HUGE Corporate Banks loaned money so many Americans could purchase Real Estate in America on ballon loans and arms back around 2003 - 2006 stating that they could re-finance towards the end of the ballon or arm. What they forgot to mention is that the United States would go onto a recession, their homes would be upside down and most Americans would lose their homes into … (3 comments)

banks: How many times must a persons CREDIT SCORE be run to get "Financed"? - 07/13/12 01:52 AM

Banks and Lenders have become so tight with lending money out to purchase homes that it's like some type of a "Game" their playing ...
The reason the Interest Rates are so low is because it's almost impossible to borrow any money. Once the Interest Rates go up, a homeless person with no job will be able to get financed.
I have client's that have FICO Scores in the upper 700s and one gentleman with a 830 FICO, with a job, income tax statements of over 150K per year, 100K in the bank, personal properties that will be selling … (10 comments)

banks: Vegas Bob will need more than a (Pre-Approval Letter) to show Property - 07/05/12 01:42 AM

Many people interested in purchasing Real Estate across the country are getting (Pre-Approval Letters) that don't work. Many loan companies and some banks will run your credit on very little information and then print you out a (Pre-Approval Letter) ... "Well most of the time this isn't enough" ... ;o(
Before a person or persons go looking for Real Estate Properties, go to Banks or Lenders that you have worked with before. Please give them all the information they will need to help you get financed to purchase property, like past TAX RETURNS, PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT, WORK HISTORY and … (5 comments)

banks: Bidding Wars on Homes should be Against the Law or Bids (Disclosed) - 06/18/12 04:14 PM

Multiple Offers on Homes & Real Estate have been around for a very long time, and Bidding Wars continue to plague America ...
I closed on a home and with a client several weeks ago and yes there was a Bidding War involved. My client and I "Won" the War going up against 20 other so called client's offers.
Why are Multiple Offers not Disclosed?
Multiple Offers and Bidding Wars is like purchasing a product on EBAY, there is no way to know who is on the other side of the fence bidding against you.
When people go to … (13 comments)

banks: ATTENTION: Home Buyers ... Read this before you make an OFFER! - 02/20/12 11:24 AM
Videos By Vegas Bob Monday, February 20, 2012
HOME BUYERS - "Please read this before you make an Offer"   There are some changes in the Real Estate Industry that will save you thousands of dollars on purchasing a home. Many BANK owned homes across the nation including Las Vegas Nevada put homes on the market which create a "Bidding War" ... When a BANK owned home is put on the market and they price the home thousands of dollars below market price this in turn will create multiple offers. This is a GAME that the Banks play to get … (13 comments)

banks: Who is allowing FOREIGN INVESTORS permission to purchase Real Estate in America? - 01/29/12 11:25 PM
Videos By Vegas Bob   Monday, January 30, 2012
FOREIGN INVESTORS continue to purchase Real Estate in America ... :o(     Who is allowing FOREIGN INVESTORS permission to purchase Real Estate in America? FOREIGN COUNTRIES from around the World  continue to purchase Real Estate around the United States of America, there will be a repercussion and it's not going to be pretty. Corporate America, Banks & Mortgage Companies across the country have so many Americans suppressed by the economy that they continue to "RAPE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE" with their inflated leases and rental properties across the country. And continue … (18 comments)

banks: Please Don't List Homes like this on MLS, it's a waste of my time & money showing them and it's embarrassing to my clients! - 01/27/12 03:07 AM
Vegas Bob was showing homes the other day to some clients and this was one of the last homes that I showed. My clients were very excited to look at this home because the area was great for them, the square footage was what they were looking for and the home had great "Curb Appeal"
As we walked through a beautiful stained glass door we were shocked at what we saw ...Over half of the carpet had been torn up, there was painted figures on the walls, holes in the walls all through the home, torn out items out of closets … (10 comments)

banks: The inventory of Real Estate (Homes) in Las Vegas Nevada has become very small - 12/26/11 02:36 PM
The inventory of Real Estate (Homes) in Las Vegas Nevada has become very small For anyone interested in purchasing a home in the Las Vegas area the time is now. There are very few homes available, Banks will be dropping more Foreclosed/ HOA homes on the market in February of 2013 but the prices on these homes will be inflated by the Banks and many of them will be homes that will be bid upon with the highest bidders getting the homes ... Vegas Bob just finished a Commercial Project and would love to show people homes in the Las Vegas … (8 comments)

banks: Home Owners "Ripping-Off" Renters ... "Shame on You" ... ;o( - 10/03/11 04:12 AM

Well here is another great reason to purchase a home vs renting ...
Home Owners and Investors "Ripping-Off" Renters
I have several clients that Rent Homes in Las Vegas Nevada ... 4 bedroom Homes and one family is paying 1200 per month and their lease is up and the Home Owner wants to increase the rent on the Home to 1400 per month.
The home my clients are renting are around 80-90 thousand dollar homes, so the mortgage payment depending on how much was put down and the interest rate would be around 400-500 dollars per month. And the … (11 comments)

banks: Banks that list homes for 1/3 of the Value to attract Suckers, Clients, Etc ... "Is this Crooked"? - 09/13/11 07:16 PM

Ever since I have been selling Real Estate in Las Vegas I always come across listings by banks, Brokers and Real Estate Agents with low-ball homes either to get the best price they can because it becomes a Bidding War, or to possibly attract clients and get them into a different home if their offer is not accepted.
Me personally ... "I think it's (Bull-Crap) and should not be allowed in the Real Estate Market. But then there are others out there that think it's OK and acceptable.
In Las Vegas Nevada there are so many - so … (10 comments)

banks: Mortgage Loan Rip-offs different across the Country, many States hit harder than others! - 08/29/11 06:28 PM

Many Cities & States across the United States where hit different by the down swing in the Real Estate Market. And Banks, Loan Companies, etc. were ripping off people purchasing homes worse than others.
States like Florida, Nevada and Minnesota were some of the hardest hit. Also supply and demand played a bit part on how bad homes were inflated above what they were really worth.
Some people may wonder just like myself if this wasn't some big plan by the Banks, Government and or Corporate America? Sure the market was less effected from State to State and … (3 comments)

banks: What is your opinion on "Investors" purchasing Real Estate in your city? - 07/17/11 08:29 PM

For over 4 years now "Investors" have been coming into cities and purchasing foreclosed homes with cash, and then renting these homes out to people that have either lost their homes or did a short sale.
Now most Real Estate agents are going to say "what's wrong with this?" Money is money whether it comes from an "Investor" paying cash or a person getting financed. In fact cash is better because the transaction won't get shut down by a Lender or Bank if the Home Buyers can't get financed.
"Investors" continue to purchase homes in Las Vegas and there … (14 comments)

banks: Banks in Las Vegas dumping 1000s of Foreclosed Homes - 05/15/11 05:49 PM
Harmon Building MGM City Center - Photo taken by Robert Swetz
Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz spoke with some Broker’s from some major Real Estate companies with some connections to banks in the Las Vegas Valley.
Word has it banks across the LV Valley are going to be bringing thousands of new foreclosed home into the RE market. Banks have been sitting on so many foreclosed homes, many from years ago hoping that more would sell so they wouldn’t have to flood the market more then it is.
Great news for home buyers is with these new foreclosed homes coming into the … (17 comments)

3 Major Companies that have cost Americans Millions of Dollars ... Experian, Equifax and TransUnion

There are going to be many comments being left on this post trying to defend these 3 Major Companies that make up the FICO Score. There just peoples opinions and if they really knew about these companies they would straight out agree with my post, for the most part anyway!
When I took some continuing courses for Real Estate I took a course on "Corporate Credit." In this class the instructor went online to show everyone the "Red Tape" connected to these 3 Major … (19 comments)

This ones for you Patti and not for the Banks & Lenders! I am so sick of all the crap the Banks & Lenders do and you wait until this is over!
I hope the Banks, etc. have some real deep pockets and great Attorneys because this fight will not be over for along time.
And the repercussion of what's in store, well let's just say when it's done and over there are going to be many homeowners getting the balance of their homes payed through the lawsuits the Banks will be going through!

banks: Do you think people filing "Bankruptcy" should have to pay back Credit Card companies? - 08/02/10 12:40 AM
Do you think people filing "Bankruptcy" should have to pay back Credit Card companies?

There are many-many people that have filed for "Bankruptcy" that also have Credit Card dept. Word has it some Credit Card companies and Banks will be trying to collect some of this money in the future.
What is your opinion on this subject?
Do you think the Banks & CC companies deserve their money that was loaned or borrowed?
