Everyone knows that Vegas Bob like to refrain from negative things, and tries his best to surround himself with positive and happy things ... but!
Vegas Bob can no longer hold this back ...
Since the end of 2014 and the beginning of 2015, Vegas Bob learned about some information from several different people in California and other sources.
Now I don't know where some Californians get their information, but I think it stems from Silicon Valley, and all the World Wide Web information that runs through the computer industry there.

There are so many people in the United States that would love to purchase a home, but can't get financed! So what do Real Estate Agents do with all these clients?
And after helping them with different lenders only to find out they can't get financed, then what do the agents do with them ... throw them aside?
We are living in some very difficult times when it comes to so many people wanting to get into homes, only to find out the Banks & Mortgage Companies won't budge.

What are Banks & Lenders doing to increase the chances of people purchasing homes?
When are Banks & Lenders going to start bending and getting creative with financing? There are so many people with families that are trying so hard to get into a home, but most of the Banks & Lenders don't want to budge.
I know the Banks & Lenders have guidelines that they have to go by, so when are some of these guidelines going to change.
I really think that some of these Bank & Lenders just want to run peoples credit over and over beating … (9 comments)

Could anyone please tell me what is happening in this painting by Walt Disney?
Could it be the Fox is trying to talk this young puppet into a "Loan Modification" for his Father's home? Please be very careful of companies wanting to help with "Loan Modification" there are some real (SCAMS) out there. And please remember you do not have to give money up front, this is sometimes a "RED FLAG"

The Future of FSBO's - Contract for Deeds/ Owner Financed Contracts in the coming years!
With so many home buyers credit scores ruined due to foreclosed homes in the past it has almost become impossible to get financed from Banks & Lenders for home buyers.
FSBO's & Contract for Deeds are going to be the wave of the Future unless the Banks & Lenders find ways of helping home buyers mend there F.I.C.A./ credit scores or lower the scores which in turn lower interest rates, which in turn would give home buyers a better chance of getting financed.
