There is a very strong interest for Lake & River Properties, something about these Properties creates a relaxed feeling of solitude.
Born and raised in a state where there are over 10,000 Lakes, there is a reason that I am intrigued by the beauty that Lakes & Rivers have to offer.
I own two lake properties in Minnesota that I purchased for approx 10,000 - 12,000 dollars about 15 years ago. These two properties are valued at 150,000 - 200,000 dollars each just waiting to either sell or build a nice summer cottage/ home on.

If Heaven were in the clouds, would it look like this?
I have always wondered why we think and believe that Heaven is in the clouds, it must be from the Bible and other books we read.
When I was headed to Houston last week and I looked at these clouds rolling across the horizon, I thought to myself how beautiful. I have several more and they are all breath taking.

For me being a Lake, River or Ocean type of person, this home on the water at Lake Tahoe I could handle. It's a little big, but I am sure I would have no problem getting family & friends to stay, do you?
Born and raised in Minnestota I have become use to staying on the water, fishing, boating, playing, watching the sunsets or sunrises, there is nothing quite like it.
As for a view this photo below is not bad!

Once again I am leaving you with this breath taking Sunrise to start the new week after the long Labor Day weekend.

As your looking at the beauty and scenery at this park it looks like just another day at the park, right!
But as you look real close at the very top of the photo you can see a tripod and two people dresses in red, walking this way. Also if you look real close you can see a man squatting down with a box of some sort in front of him.

I just thought I would throw out a sun photograph on this new and wonderful Saturday. Why is this Saturday so wonderful, well because it is. Do I need a reason? I don't believe so.

Yes, there are some lakes in Nevada and Walker Lake is the second biggest in the State of Nevada.
As you can see in this photo, there was no wind so it created a glass like reflection. When I took this photo there was something on the lens that I didn't see until I got home. I was not very happy because I only took six photos and they all had these spots on them. (Sorry)!
I think it's a great shot anyway, marks or no marks.

When I was visiting Inle Lake in May of 2008 some of my relatives from Myanmar (Burma) brought to this special place where clothing is hand made.
There is a city built right in the middle of the lake where approximately 1000 Burmese live. The homes and buildings are all built on stilts because of the different water levels created by the rainy season (monsoon).
Small strands from the stem of the Water Lillies in the photo above are used to make different clothing. The strands are separated, colored with dye … (19 comments)

This beautiful photograph of Inle lake was taken Spring of this year at the hotel we stayed at built right on the water. As you can see in the pic, the bridge, hotel, restaurant, etc, are all built on stilts for when the water level of the rises up and down.
It is by far one of the most beautiful places I ever visited when I was in Myanmar. To get out to this hotel located in the middle of the lake you have to go by boat, and the … (17 comments)

This photograph was taken in Singapore May 20th, 2008
This photograph was taken on my trip to the South East Asia.
This pic was very difficult to get, it took many shots to get the Jellyfish clear and centered. I am not sure what kind of Jellyfish these are, there must be many different kinds.
What is so amazing about these creatures is their transparent membrane and how fragile they are. I do know that some Jellyfish are poisonous because some brushed across my skin many years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I almost had to go to the … (19 comments)

When I first viewed these Sea Horses in a fish tank in Singapore, I could not believe my eyes. I looked real close and looked again and thought to myself, what are these strange creatures? Are they Sea Horses? They have some weird looking fins like a fish and a mouth like a Sea Horse.
This photograph was very hard to get even through a fish tank, so it is a little blurry. I have only one other pic out of many that showed up, but between the two this pics this one is better because there are two Sea Horses.

This photograph is only showing 6 different temples out of 7,000 that were built in Bagan Myanmar (Burma). Early (circa 850-1120), Middle (circa 1100 -1170) and Late (circa 1170-1300).
On vacation in Bagan I spent 5 days and 4 nights shooting approximately 500 different photographs. From sunsets, sunrises, pics of temples (inside and out), statues, etc, I still didn't have enough time to capture all of Bagan.
To me, Bagan is one of the most amazing places on Earth and I will be visiting there quite often in the future. We would get up early mornings and wait until sunrise and … (9 comments)

Can anyone please tell me what kind of geese these are?
I shot this photograph in Myanmar (Burma) at a huge flower garden May of 2008. I was trying to get some great shots of the flowers and then, look who comes along. These huge geese with bright red-orange beaks try to get in the way of my shooting, maybe they thought I was going to give the something to eat.
