Robert Swetz first visit to Homer was in the year 2001. On my first visit to Homer and
other parts of Alaska, I was taken away by the beauty of snowcap mountains and scenery.
I was't able to load up photos of Homer because my smart phone wouldn't let me ;o(
The photo above was taken in August of 2014 on Jim Creek close to Wasilla north on Anchorage.

Right when you wake up in the morning is when your Attitude starts to form.
It could depend on whether you got a good nights sleep, drank too much alcohol the night before, got hit with another snow storm, lost a loved one, got divorced, lost your job, and many other (negative) occurrences.

There is a great chance that Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz will be purchasing some Real Estate along with one of his partners in Hawaii in 2013.
Vegas Bob does know some agents from the Activerain network already, but he is throwing this post out within the network just to see who is paying attention.
Within the next 3-4 weeks VB will know if he will be purchasing Real Estate in Hawaii and all I can say for now it's going to be just one of his areas of future retirement.

Getting ready for work this morning as I came downstairs there was this little Angel looking at me asking me to stay home from work today. As I looked over my appointments for the day I figured there were none that couldn't wait to be done tomorrow.
