Interested in 1-2 bedroom condo for rent or possible purchase in Los Angeles California
Within the next 6-12 months maybe longer, I will be possibly renting or purchasing a 1-2 bedroom condo in NE Los Angeles.
If there are any agents that can start sending me listings it would be very much appreciated.
Reason for purchase is to go to school at one of these locations.

I am already planning for our fun in the sun!
In the next 4-5 months we will be enjoying activities like this at Lake Tahoe, California. We also have plans to camp and hike in the redwoods in northern California and a trip to Minnesota through the summer.
It's never to early to plan for fun in the sun.

I have had (Credit & Debit) cards now for many, many years and I really don't need any more at this time. And for the last 20 years I continue to receive mail from American Express, Visa, Master card, Discover and many, many more. I get mail from these companies once or twice per week. I have even wrote on the outside of the letter (return to sender) and please take me off your mailing list. But the mail continues to come week after week.

Before you comment quickly with your words, I would like if you took a moment and really thought about the question in the title.
Most people are going to come back quickly with family in their comment. What about the family brings you happiness.
For me, it's not family because I come from a family of broken marriages and family dysfunctions, so this answer will not work for me.
Like I mentioned in my blog before this one, this is happiness week because of the holidays and I don't want anything bringing me down.

On our trip to Northern California as we were coming down hwy 1 & 101 through Monterey we saw the strangest thing, deer feeding around the shoreline.
I have traveled up and down the west coast for many, many years and I have never seen deer around the ocean, it was quite a site to see. They were almost tame, and when I walked by them to take some photographs they just looked up at me and continued to eat.

This is my idea of a Dream Home! No neighbors, looking at the ocean all the time, maybe doing a little horse back riding and farming if you like.
The person that owns this property must have been grand-fathered in because this stretch of the California coast is a national park for around 11 miles.
And let me tell you it is breath-taking!

Have I done every thing I've wanted to do in my life?
As I sat on the California coast listening to the waves crashing against the rocks, I thought about this question.
I have had almost all of my dreams come true and there are very few places I want to see.
New Zealand, The Great Wall of China and Tibet are the only places left for me to see, and we will be going to New Zealand & China in Spring of 2009.
As for my dreams and goals besides travel, I only have two left.

The rugged coastline of California - by Robert Swetz
These photographs were taken at Trinidad Beach in California July of 2008. As you can see by all the large rocks, it is very rugged and beautiful with flowers and green plants every where.
In the photo below, I became very worried because my wife took off ahead of me and when I got down to the beach, I could not find her. If you look real close you can see her sitting up on a rock dressed in black about in the middle of the page.

I know it's getting colder around the country, even in Las Vegas it was 70 degrees today.
I wanted everyone to use your imagination and place themselves on this little beach on a hot Summer day at Lake Tahoe.
As we get older the months and years start to go by very quickly, so for you to imagine yourself being at Lake Tahoe in the Summer of 2009 is really not that long.

My post before this one is quite sad so I wanted to follow it up with something nice.
This is Beautiful Mammoth Lakes in California around a 5 hour drive from Las Vegas, Nevada and not far from San Fransisco and Los Angeles.
It is a very beautiful place to vacation, boating, fishing and enjoying the fresh air and beauty in the Summer and snow skiing approx. 5 months out of the year because of the high elevation.

Good Morning Active Rain Members and have you ever seen a view of Lake Tahoe like this?
This view was not easy to capture because of the height I was at and the moving around by the gusts of wind at the high level. This shot was taken 1500 feet para-sailing from a two person sail.
My wife and I stopped by Lake Tahoe to play in July of this year when the fires were burning up California. We were on our way to visit my first Active Rain member since I joined the network, Jessica Bigger -
