You wouldn't want to sell this guy's home!
A friend of mine called me several times over the week and I was to busy to answer his phone call, he did leave a message and his message was that he wanted to purchase a home and to call him right away.
I have known this person for around 30 years now and he use to work for one of my fathers companies back in the Midwest.
I called him yesterday and this is what he told me .............

One client = Three Transactions - Very unusual
What are the chances of this happening? Maybe more than people think!
I sold a home for some clients around two years ago and found them a different home to move into. So There were two transaction sales made from one client, not unusual.
Then as down as the market is and the prices at a all time low, my clients purchased their old home back and keep the other one they moved into.

If you have never heard of this way of getting buyers to purchase from you, this type of selling goes on all over Las Vegas. I have never tried it myself, but have thought about it several years ago.
In Las Vegas, Nevada when ever you sell a new high rise luxury condo or a home from a trac development, you just need to walk threw the door with your client or person interested in purchasing.
Once you walk threw and sign the guest registration with your client and they purchase, you get payed.

I am searching for 1-2 Real Estate Agents per state in all 50 States across the United States. This is not a trick or a joke of any kind.
Working for a Real Estate Agency in Las Vegas and owning my own Corporations and LLCs gives me the structure to work with other agents leads from other states.
