I am a sales man and chances are I could convince you to purchase a Casino, Commercial Building, Home or some Vacant Land but if your "Mind Set" on not purchasing because you want to wait ... well ... sorry but I don't think I can help you.

Around twenty years ago I read part of a book that mentioned Love & Kindness in all of us. Well after I read this book and went out searching and changing my attitude towards others, I was very surprised how it did worked.
Through our lives we program our minds into throwing up walls and barriers when we are hurt for many different reasons, a way of protecting ourselves from being hurt again. What are your thoughts on purchasing a (As is - Where is) Home? ... "Home Inspection"?
I have always been a little skeptical when it comes to purchasing a (As is - Where is) Home! And the Where is part is real confusing to me, like was the home moved on the lot or acreage it sits under?
(As is - Where is) Homes is all the Banks sell because they don't want any type of liability attaching it self to the home and coming back and "biting them in the rear end".

Can I collect Social Security and other benefits if I go CRAZY?
I was thinking of having a "Nervous Breakdown" and if I did could I collect benefits? People have really been getting on my nerves with their rudeness, disrespect, gossip, unfriendliness, and so much more!
Life is so short, maybe I should take a vacation or a few days off from work!
If I have a nervous breakdown or my MIND snaps and never returns to normal, can I collect benefits?

Do you think HOAs are a Asset or Liability?
I have lived in homes with and without "Home Owner Associations" (HOAs) and homeowner's have mixed feelings about them.
Living in a home that has HOAs can really help the home to hold it's value and keep neighborhoods cleaner, but there are many horror stories that come with some HOAs.
When I was in Real Estate school many moons ago our teacher mentioned to us about a very well to do neighborhood that had very large speed bumps on the some of the roads to keeps cars from driving so fast. … (14 comments)

Are there any networks that Pay to Blog?
I have been at the Activerain network for almost 3 years and I have created leads, great google juice, created very close friends and so much more.
But there is one thing missing ... getting paid to blog!
I have over 2000 posted blogs at Activerain and average about 20 blogs per week.
I am not leaving the Activerain network and will continue to post blogs at AR but Vegas Bob is search of more and some money for my time writing, posting photographs and more.

In three hours Vegas Bob will be taking photographs & Video at a huge wedding!
We are on our way to a very large wedding for my sister's daughter Katie & Paul and the wedding in a apple orchard west of the Twin Cities.
There are going to be around 200 people there and there is a huge tent because the rain has been in and out!
Nu Nu, Sherry and myself will all be there and I will be photographing and video taping the wedding for ........
FREE!!

Banks and Investment companies continue to hold back on releasing a large amount of foreclosed homes for sale because it will bring the prices down, and Banks & Investment companies are "Crooks"
There is (only) one huge project being built in Las Vegas Nevada and that is "The Cosmopolitan" and I am on the project. The Cosmo will be opening late fall of 2010 and other than this project building is very slow in Vegas.

He was scheduled to be on Opra's Show but after being on the Heraldo show only hours before Opra didn't want him to appear because back then Heraldo show was one of Opra's competitors.
