3 Major Companies that have cost Americans Millions of Dollars ... Experian, Equifax and TransUnion
There are going to be many comments being left on this post trying to defend these 3 Major Companies that make up the FICO Score. There just peoples opinions and if they really knew about these companies they would straight out agree with my post, for the most part anyway!

The Future of FSBO's - Contract for Deeds/ Owner Financed Contracts in the coming years!
With so many home buyers credit scores ruined due to foreclosed homes in the past it has almost become impossible to get financed from Banks & Lenders for home buyers.
FSBO's & Contract for Deeds are going to be the wave of the Future unless the Banks & Lenders find ways of helping home buyers mend there F.I.C.A./ credit scores or lower the scores which in turn lower interest rates, which in turn would give home buyers a better chance of getting financed.
