(Rent to Own) ... what are your opinions on this type of purchasing?
We live in a every changing Real Estate Market and with all the Foreclosures & Short Sales showing on peoples Credit Reports it's almost impossible for them to purchase a home.
I have a clients that wants to relocate to Las Vegas and they want to move as soon as possible.
They have their Home, Business & other properties for sale, but nothing is selling in their area at this time. One of them is a Union Worker and he is transferring his Union Card … (8 comments)

This ones for you Patti and not for the Banks & Lenders! I am so sick of all the crap the Banks & Lenders do and you wait until this is over!
I hope the Banks, etc. have some real deep pockets and great Attorneys because this fight will not be over for along time.
And the repercussion of what's in store, well let's just say when it's done and over there are going to be many homeowners getting the balance of their homes payed through the lawsuits the Banks will be going through!

Is now really a good time to purchase a home?
All I ever hear from other agents, people, media, etc. is (Now) is the time to purchase a home.
1) because the homes are priced write
2) because the interest rates are down
3) because first time home buyers were getting $8,000.00 dollars from the Feds!
I know I sell Real Estate and I have to make a living myself but to encourage people to purchase homes to put money in my own pocket is not reason enough.

Beautiful Farm & Lake Properties for sale ..........
On my drive up from Minneapolis/ St Paul (Twin Cities) in Minnesota I was driving by Farm Properties like this everywhere. Word has it nothing is selling because once again the Banks don't want to finance anyone interested i purchasing these properties.
If the Banks are not financing people to purchase properties in Northern Minnesota and they go back to the Bank creating a for-closer, what good is this for our economy?

I ran into the Real Estate Fairy again and she had some great news to tell me about the market and if it's still a great time to buy!
Most of the inventory on homes for sale in Las Vegas is gone, one of the biggest reasons!
The Banks are holding back on foreclosed homes to keep the market from being flooded with homes, the reason for it. If the market is flooded with homes then the prices will come down and the Banks will make less money.
