Do you really want to purchase a home or are you pulling my leg? There are so many people that are interested in purchasing a home, but how many of these people are on the up & up? Sure they have between a 700 to 800 FICA score, have been qualified to purchase a home from 2-3 different lenders and have also signed a "Buyers Agency Agreement" form, so does this mean their serious? There are quite a few people that are playing the game when it comes to wanting to purchase a home, but that's just what their doing playing … (3 comments)
