Robert Vegas Bob Swetz has been a glazier (glass installer) for 40 years of his life.
His father owning a major glass company in the Midwest which brought Robert Swetz into the occupation at a very young age.
Along with being a Realtor selling real estate, working in the construction industry as a glazier Robert Swetz also has several corporations including real estate investments along with photography & videos.

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz was lined up to work as a glazier at the Apple Project in March 2016.
Vegas Bob chose to stay in Alaska and be with him family until May of 2016 and by the time Vegas Bob arrived in the Bay Area the positions were filled.
Vegas Bob has been working for Benson Industries for 2 months in Santa Clara but we have only been working 40 hours per week.
One glass company at Apple has their men working 4-10's and 3-8's with all hours over 40 as "Double Time" ...

Resorts World Las Vegas is finally on it's way and what a huge project for Las Vegas Nevada. Construction Workers, Realtors, "Locals" and people interested in moving to Las Vegas.

In the late 70's Robert Vegas Bob Swetz father owned a glass company named "Larry's Metro Glass" in St Paul Minnesota.
Robert's father was a glazier (glass installer) all his life and Vegas Bob remembers sweeping floors when he was 11 years old, at that time VB's father was a foreman for "Brin Northwestern Glass"
Vegas Bob started working for his father's company Larry's Metro Glass" when he was 16 years old.

After 35 years working as a Glazier, I might just be calling it quits.
My back and other parts of my body have really taken a toll in the construction trade.
I did start my own glass company one year ago in Las Vegas and have a real estate license in the state of Nevada and this should carry me through until I retire.
I am working on a huge project in downtown San Jose and it is just tearing my old body down ;o(

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz moved to Las Vegas Nevada in 2004 because of the construction boom that I wish would have lasted longer than it did.

Some of you may know and some of you may not, that Vegas Bob have been in the Glass Industry for over 30 years and has his Journeyman Glazing Card in Local 2001 in Las Vegas Nevada.
Well there are some HUGE projects coming up soon in the future in Los Angeles California and Las Vegas is very slow and has been compared to LA.
I have been thinking very strongly about transferring my Card to Local 636 in Los Angeles until a big project opens in Vegas which may be quite a long time.

What lies in the future for the Real State Agent?
For some of you that don't already know, I am going to let the cat out of the bag.
I know with the holidays ahead that this is a very sad subject, but facts are facts. There are many Real Estate Agent's that are losing their homes, jobs, etc, because of our crushed economy.
If you are not one of those individuals and you are making great money, I would suggest you start putting your ducks in a row. Because it's coming around your neighborhood too.
