This photograph was taken from the widow of my car because you can not park on the streets in this neighborhood. The homes in this neighborhood are all Million dollar plus homes and by looking at the view you can see why.
I have been taking hundreds of photographs of Lake Tahoe in California one of my favorite places on Earth to be!

Funny Friday's - Even the smallest living thing can't get by Vegas Bob!
Every living thing must eat and this creature has it's mouth full. Can you tell me what this ant has in it pincher's? Looks like a Lady Bug to me!
As I was hiking along the trail up at Mt Charleston in Nevada I made sure I didn't step on this ant because this is his mountain too. He has the right to be there as much as any other living thing.
Was I looking for ants while I was hiking? No!

This photograph is quite deceiving because it looks like it's cold and there might be snow around the edges of the picture.
There is no snow and when this photo was taken it was not cold. The sun was going down at the time and I would consider this a sunset, but some may not because the sun is not on the horizon.
This photograph was taken in Mandalay Myanmar (Burma) May 2008. Temperature was around 105 degrees and the humidity was around 100 percent.

What is the best comment you have ever received from a customer?
We have all received nice comments from customers, but have there been any comments that have really stuck in you head. A comment that was given to you and you thought to yourself, that is so nice of them to say.
I would like everyone to get out a piece of paper and think about all the nice wonderful comments customers have given to you in your years in the Real Estate business. Write down the ones that you can remember and if they sent you letters, collect them … (7 comments)

Temps warming up all week! by Robert Swetz
After my visit to Minnesota last weekend and hearing about the sub-below zero temperatures from my family back in Minnesota, I am so glad that I live in Las Vegas.
All this week Las Vegas temps have been up in the upper 70s and when your sitting in the sun it feels like about 80 degrees.
Very often we take for granted where we live and forget about the great things the city or town has to offer. And one thing that Las Vegas has always offered since I have lived here … (5 comments)

This has to be one of the most beautiful sunsets I have captured in a long time.
This photograph was taken at Serpent Lake, Crosby in Northern Minnesota 1-11-2009. My wife and I spent 4 days visiting my family for the holidays a little later because we could not leave at the holidays because we own retail stores in Las Vegas.
Being a photographer I took many many photographs of nature, snow, family and more. I have enough photos to keep me busy for the next two months. I also have some photographs of a new baby addition to my sisters family, the cutest … (18 comments)

If you look real close you can see a figure of a man crossing the bridge. What could be going through this mans mind?
I wonder if the market in 2009 will be better then it was in 2008?
