I always thought that the best time to sell a home in Las Vegas Nevada was in Spring because of tax season and other reasons, but I was wrong.
By looking at this graph it looks like the Season of Spring is coming in 3rd place for selling homes in the Las Vegas area.

I think it's "CRIMINAL" for Home & Property Values to go down, but Property Taxes Don't!
I have several properties in the state of Nevada, and several in the state of Minnesota and all the values of these properties has gone down. The values have gone done from 30-40-50 percent, so why haven't the PROPERTY TAXES gone down.
There should be some automatic adjustment to lower PROPERTY TAXES no longer than one year. And for any property owners that have had property values go down but not PROPERTY TAXES, we are getting "Screwed"

 What are the chances of this happening? Maybe more than people think!
 I sold a home for some clients around two years ago and found them a different home to move into. So There were two transaction sales made from one client, not unusual.
