Las Vegas Nevada has a HUGE inventory of Condos for sale, and are they cheap!
Two Bedroom, two bath condos that sold for 150k can be purchased for as low as 10-15k in NE, 20k in NW and around 30K in SW & SE.
Why are these condos priced so low? Because the banks won’t borrow money to people interested in purchasing them, and because many of these condos were rented by construction workers when the City Center & Cosmopolitan was being built.
