Steve Wynn intends to transform the golf course behind his Las Vegas resorts into an expansive new development that includes a 38-acre lagoon attraction accompanied by a 1,000-room hotel tower, a small casino, restaurants, nightlife and meeting space.
Wynn, chairman and CEO of Wynn Resorts Ltd. revealed the plans during a presentation to investors in Las Vegas on Wednesday. Titled Wynn Paradise Park, the development would be built on 130 acres that are currently home to the golf course just east of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore.

What a cute looking creature ... "But you can sure Stink" ;o/
How many people have been driving along a road and come across the nasty odor of Skunk?
Or hit a Skunk with your car or even worse been sprayed by a Skunk?
Well, all I can say is it's a nasty smell and odor that many people dislike, including me!
Well lately I came across that odor while working a construction job in San Jose California, walking along the beaches, shopping in stores, taking walks in the park, etc.

New homes across the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson are being built everywhere, and now it's time to start really filling these homes.
With Resorts World Las Vegas taking full swing around the summer of 2016, a 7 billion dollar project on Las Vegas Blvd, across from Steve Wynn's Hotels and close to Fasion Show Mall, RWLV will be a great location for tourists.
Along with RWLV the Bullet Train from Las Vegas to LA will break ground late summer of 2016.

Resorts World Las Vegas is once again on it's way in Las Vegas Nevada ;o)
The Genting Group purchased the property along with existing buildings along Las Vegas Blvd, that was called Echelon Place.
The old Echelon Place located approx 30-40 feet south of Circus Circus was a HUGE project that went belly-up when the market crashed many years ago.

Resorts World Las Vegas is a proposed Asian-themed resort on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. In March 2013, Boyd sold the Echelon Place 87 acres site to the Genting Group for $350 million. Genting announced plans to develop the site as with phase 1 construction beginning in the second half of 2014.
