Searching for Advice from Activerain Members!
I have been contacted twice to work on a building at MGM Grand City Center in Las Vegas Nevada for a Glass Company called Walters & Wolf.
I worked for Walters & Wolf on several projects in Las Vegas, Red Rock Resort & Casino, MGM Residences, etc. The building Walters & Wolf is working on is The Harmon Tower and if you look at it in the photo below it has blue checker board windows.

I was wondering "How do you get your post (Featured) at Localism?
I have posted many blogs of areas from Las Vegas to California to Minnesota with some great information and photographs.
I have posted blogs with photographs like the ones above and below with descriptions about the photos and areas.
These photographs of these buildings are of MGM Grand City Center in Las Vegas Nevada and I shot them this afternoon.

Las Vegas has really been getting hit hard with investors, first time home buyers and more.
They are flying in from around the world and putting in their offers on New Homes, resales and more. Some Banks are letting some of these homes go for some smoking prices.

MGM Grand City Center, The Palms & The Rio, what do these places have in common? They are all in Las Vegas Nevada! (just kidding)
I wanted to share several pics I captured on this wonderful warm Saturday evening, temperatures in Las Vegas reached a comfortable 85 degrees today. We are looking at around 90 on Sunday and lower 90s on Monday.
I have a friend in Las Vegas Nevada that has a small airplane and I will be going up next week to capture some aerial photographs to create a different perspective.

Which one of you Real Estate agents or brokers are making so much money that you won't comment to my post?
You scratch my back and I will scratch yours!
Any Real Estate agents or brokers that bring me a client and I get payed a commission will get 25% of my commission.
That's right 25% and no tricks, if your interested I will even email you a binding contract.

Vegas Bob takes Helicopter Ride from Boulder City over Lake Mead - Nevada.
Easter Sunday I took a Helicopter ride with my wife Nu Nu, my brother and his wife over Lake Mead. It was very exciting and the views were very beautiful.
The photo (above) is the Helicopter that we went up in and the photo (below) is Boulder City. If you look real close at the long straight rode you can see all the cars backed up driving east to cross the Hoover Dam into Arizona.

It took me 15 months of hard work to become ranked #3 in Las Vegas, Nevada and Clark County within the Activerain network, now what's my move?
Business has been great through Activerain, but that's another post in the future!
Should I purchase a (Sponsor) spot on a Activerain page?
I am looking for opinions from others that have purchased (Sponsor) spots at Activerain. Or any other ideas that may continue my interest and business at Activerain.

When I first joined Activerain just over one year ago there was a member from Activerain in Las Vegas Nevada and this person is huge at AR & knows many, many people around the network.
I met with this person about 5 months ago and I really like what I have been hearing about their Team of Realtors.
I will be meeting with the team on Tuesday 4-7-2009, shake some hands and get a feel if this might be a team I can work with.

Sunday me and some friends were at Lake Las Vegas and it was very beautiful.
Lake Las Vegas is about 10 minutes from Henderson Nevada and about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas City limits, which in turn means it's very close.
If you have never been to Lake Las Vegas I would suggest next time you take a trip to Las Vegas Nevada, you take a short drive and check it out.

Connected to the Silverton Casino in Las Vegas Nevada is (Outdoor World) Bass Pro Shops with over 160,000 feet of Boats and all your Fishing & Hunting needs.
In the fishing area are hundreds of fish from around the world hanging fro the ceiling.
There hundreds of different styles of fishing poles, lures and everything you would ever need for fishing.
There are also Boats & ATV vehicles.

Yesterday I ran into Miss Giraffe at a special location in Las Vegas and she was looking at me with her big eyes and long eyelashes.
Then I pointed my camera at her and she turned her head and wouldn't look at me!

Vegas Bob found a (Jungle) full of Animals in Las Vegas Nevada!
I took my motorcycle for a ride today and came across this jungle with real animals, it's hard to believe but true.
Here are several pics of the animals I saw and I will follow this blog with another to the conclusion of my find.
This bear really scared me!

What are your opinions on Prostitution? (No April fool's joke)
Prostitution is legal in over 3 different counties in the State of Nevada and these counties cover half of the State. Las Vegas in Clark county is not one of those places.
The reason for my post is because I came across this billboard while diving today in Las Vegas, I had to do a double take. I became very disappointed after reading the age on the billboard, but relieved with the contact information for teens involved in this terrible web.

Yes I was busted on Sunday at a huge gathering at the Buddhist Monastery in Las Vegas Nevada. These two young ladies made me pose for them for this photograph. (photo above)
It was a very large gathering over 100 people from Thailand and about 60 from Burma. There was free Thai & Burmese food and some cake & sweets for desert.
In the photo above there is a little girl looking at all the money on these little trees for donation.

When ever I ask some one that comes to visit Las Vegas if they would ever like to live here, they always say ....... " I love to visit but would never want to live in Las Vegas! "
One of the reasons is because they don't like all the billboards and sex related material, and that they don't want their children around it.
Another reason is because of the gambling and hot weather.
My brother is thinking of moving here because the long cold winters in Minnesota are really tearing up his body and he is just plain sick of it. The … (5 comments)
