September 15/2016 Vegas Bob closes on yet another home in Las Vegas Nevada as a silent partner. So why another home and silent partner? Why not!
If everyone in the world knows your assets through public record they seem to always have their hands out!
Not only that but as a silent partner this leaves my credit open for yet another real estate transaction.
Also with 2 corporations Vegas Bob can purchase homes and condos for his employees and or real estate within the corporations which is separate from my personal assets.

Something is definitely going on in Vegas Bob's world because for the last 3 weeks he has been day dreaming about Money, expensive cars, expensive homes, traveling around the world in luxury, living the high life and so much more.

Vegas Bob met Ben Kinney at a Activerain seminar many years ago, along with Bob Stewart around 2010 in Las Vegas Nevada.

Working several months now on a project in San Jose, we were finally given a 2 day weekend.
I remember years ago when I would work real estate in the mornings till around 2-3pm and then change my office clothes into construction clothes and work until midnight.
I did this for around 5 years until the market crashed around 2006-2007.
These days when I try and think back, I wonder how I did it?
And was it really worth it? Losing all that time in my life.

He said giving money to clients was a no-no ... but gifts are OK.
