Spring of 2014 in Las Vegas is going to show another increase in home listings. Values of homes in Las Vegas last year were up approx 27% and the values will continue to rise.
For anyone that's interested in purchasing a home in Las Vegas or Henderson, now is the best time to "pull the trigger"!
Interest rates are still reasonable and home values in Las Vegas will not be dropping for many years to come.

"Resorts World Las Vegas" in a (New) Commercial Project by the Genting Group from Malaysia.
The construction of this project is suppose to last between 3-5 years. And if anyone is familiar with MGM City Center that was built in Las Vegas Nevada many years ago, personally Vegas Bob thinks this project is BIGGER.
VB is very excited to say that he will be working on this construction project for about 4 years. Unless his own Glass & Metal company produce more work and or business, then VB will leave RWLV.

The banks in Las Vegas & Henderson Nevada are sitting on a HUGE inventory of homes, approx between 20 - 30 thousand, give or take. The banks are so greedy that they will slowly trickle these bank owned homes into the market so they can get the best prices possible. In Spring of 2014 as the banks drop their homes into the market, they will have very (low) price tags on them.
