Steve Wynn intends to transform the golf course behind his Las Vegas resorts into an expansive new development that includes a 38-acre lagoon attraction accompanied by a 1,000-room hotel tower, a small casino, restaurants, nightlife and meeting space.
Wynn, chairman and CEO of Wynn Resorts Ltd. revealed the plans during a presentation to investors in Las Vegas on Wednesday. Titled Wynn Paradise Park, the development would be built on 130 acres that are currently home to the golf course just east of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore.

Robert "Vegas Bob" Swetz is preparing for the next "BOOM" in Las Vegas Nevada. By fall of 2015 it is going to get totally crazy around Las Vegas with (New Construction).

Purchasing a (New Home) in Las Vegas & Henderson Nevada Why are so many people purchasing (New Homes) in Las Vegas & Henderson Nevada? One of the main reasons is because the price of (New Homes) being built in Las Vegas & Henderson are very close to what it cost for a re-sale home, approx 10-20 percent more. And with the "Bidding Wars" that are going on in Las Vegas/Henderson Home Buyers are ending up paying too much for re-sale homes.
