new mexico: THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE ... - 02/09/19 10:31 AM

Today we become one day closer to the Government exposing the cover ups about UFOs and Extraterrestrials.
Personally during my life I have seen many ghosts, spirits and yes even 25 years ago I saw three extraterrestrials standing over my friends head as he slept on a couch. I have also viewed UFOs in the skies during my life along with millions of others around the world.
With billions on stars in our galaxy and billions of galaxy's there has to be life on other planets or it would just be a waste of space.
I am a total believer and … (6 comments)

new mexico: Robert Swetz is overwhelmed with thoughts of going to Alaska - 12/15/15 06:56 AM

I have been getting all my ducks in a row as I prepare to go to Alaska, but with my mind racing last evening it was very difficult to sleep ;o(
I am overwhelmed with thoughts of cold, snow, etc and it frightens me.
I was born in the Midwest where temperatures are very similar to Anchorage and Homer, give or take a few degrees.
I love the spring, summer, fall months but I am getting cold feet when it comes to spending time in The Last Frontier during the winter.
My wife, bless her heart keeps telling me that I will be much more successful and … (18 comments)

new mexico: Attention Realtors from these states - 11/08/15 01:27 AM
Attention Realtors from these states ...
Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob & Alaska Bob is working on creating more nest eggs across the United States of America.
Instead of storing his money in banks, mutual funds, stocks, etc, VB/AB will be investing in small vacant land.
Here's the details ...
The vacant land does not need to be in the city and or part of a development, the land can be up to 30 - 45 minutes from a town or city.
The vacant land should be between 1 to 10 acres, have deeded access and no trailers or structures.
The vacant land must be owner financed … (13 comments)

After a long conversation with my wife in Anchorage Alaska this evening, we both came across a great idea.
The idea crossed my mind several times when I was shooting videos in Alaska in 2014.
Along with working on getting licensed to sell real estate in Alaska, Robert Swetz will be taking new videos and promoting the beautiful state on Alaska.

Nu Nu standing behind redwood by Robert Swetz
Well it's that time of the year again when Vegas Bob needs to get his vacation time in before the construction gets out of hand in Las Vegas Nevada.
I try to go to Lake Tahoe, the redwoods in NorCal and the beaches of the Pacific Coast every year. I have been to the pacific coast 3 different times this year, Lake Tahoe is still a little to cold so VB is either thinking New Mexico or the redwoods.
Every other year VB goes to Roswell for the UFO celebration on the … (14 comments)

new mexico: In a normal Real Estate market I use to pay for the "Home Inspection" - 02/27/14 12:00 AM
Several years ago when the Real Estate market was normal, I use to pay for most of my client's "Home Inspections". This was a time when my clients had more of a chance of getting into a home that they were making an offer on.
VB would only pay for only (one) "Home Inspection" and he would let his clients know this.
VB would also ask his client's many times, do you really like this home? Can you see yourselves living in this home? Is this home worth doing a "Home Inspection" on?
In the last 4-5 years in Las Vegas … (9 comments)

"Hotfoot Teddy" - The Living symbol of Smokey Bear by: Robert Swetz
Did you know that there was a real bear that was named "Hotfoot Teddy" that was later changed to Smokey Bear!
The living symbol of Smokey Bear was an American black bear who in the spring of 1950 was caught in the Capitan Gap fire, a wildfire that burned 17,000 acres in the Capitan Mountains of New Mexico.
The cub was in the Lincoln National Forest. Smokey had climbed a tree to escape the blaze, but his paws and hind legs had been burned. He was rescued by … (10 comments)

new mexico: Now that is some tasty Cactus! - 07/08/09 01:38 PM

Now that is some tasty Cactus!
On my drive home last weekend through New Mexico I ran into this little creature eating some Cactus.
If you look close you can see a piece of the Cactus hanging out of it's mouth. And by the stance presented in front of me, this creature looks very proud!
It's pictures like this that really amaze me and "what a interesting world we live in"
